300 years ago or so - No. 1 was built in the early Georgian times and was the hub of a busy quayside to merchants & ship loads of traders.

Now, it is back to enjoy more fun visitors & exciting times in the beautiful & intriguing coastal Kinsale town - the start of the Wild Atlantic Way to West Cork and beyond.

A building that was almost derelict for 30 years – has been carefully restored and renovated by a master builder and craftsman, Brandon Duarte to become Kinsale’s most recent guest accommodation

We hope it harmonises the three century old early Georgian building with the needs of today’s travellers & visitors in a contemporary, easy access style while remaining true to the old building and showcasing it’s history.
